CPUID HWMonitor 1.62 is a lightweight Windows x86/x64 system utility designed to give PC owners, technicians, and over-clockers an instant, at-a-glance overview of critical hardware health. By continuously interrogating on-board sensors, the application reports real-time voltages, temperatures, currents, powers, fan speeds, utilizations, and clock speeds for virtually every component that exposes monitoring data. Support begins at the processor level: modern CPUs from both Intel and AMD are fully covered, while discrete and integrated GPUs from NVIDIA and AMD are equally monitored for thermal and power behavior. The program also communicates with legacy and current LPCIO chips—ITE IT87 series, Winbond, and Nuvoton ICs—to expose motherboard-specific readings, and it can retrieve thermal data from DDR4/DDR5 memory modules equipped with onboard sensors. Storage health is addressed through pass-through S.M.A.R.T. queries aimed at SATA and NVMe SSDs as well as conventional hard disks, providing temperature, wear, and lifetime statistics without additional drivers. Mobile workstations and laptops benefit from an integrated battery pane that displays charge level, voltage, wear level, and design capacity. Additional sensor classes such as VRM temperatures, pump speeds for AIO liquid coolers, and network utilization round out the data set. All readings are presented in a single, color-coded tree view that can be collapsed or expanded at will, and context menus allow quick export to text or spreadsheet formats for logging or troubleshooting documentation.
